Group Home Administrator Recertification
These courses are intended for persons who are already certified Group Home administrators, and are in need of continuing education hours. All Group Home administrators must complete 40 hours of continuing education every two years, prior to the expiration date of their certification.

Group Home Administrator Initial Certification
These courses are intended for persons who wish to become certified as an administrator of a Group Home Facility in the state of California. You must attend the correct course for the type of facility you wish to operate.

Basic Medication Training (AB2609) This program presents fundamental training for persons assisting with medication in the residential care environment.
Positive Approaches to Problem Behaviors Have you ever been faced with behavior problems in your Care Home? If so, this course is for you. In this class, you will receive information regarding changing human behavior, behavioral assessments and proactive behavior techniques with an emphasis on practical positive teaching methods. This course will also provide participants with opportunities to recognize the value of rapport, positive reinforcement, consistency and data collection in changing human behavior.
HIV/TB Training

Transmission, testing, and licensing requirements. Required for all ARF administrators.
