What is Health and Safety Code section 1569.155?
All providers face the difficult task of keeping up-to-date with the ever changing laws and regulations that affect our communities. As required by Health and Safety Code section 1569.155 all licensees of an RCFE shall subscribe to an appropriate regulation update service.
Section 1569.155.
Upon initial licensure, residential care facilities for the elderly shall be provided a printed copy of all applicable regulations by the department, without charge. All licensees shall subscribe to the appropriate regulation subscription service and are responsible for keeping current on changes in regulatory requirements.

I receive/see the updates for free on the state CCL page (which is also saved as one of my favorites on my computer). In addition, I added this site to my “Professional Caregiver Blog”. So, in order to be in compliance, I have to subscribe to a services that charges a fee?
