Tip: Review your admission agreement. Is it current? If you are still using the double sided 2 page LIC form, you are not in compliance. Does yours contain the provision for 60 days notice for general rate increases not related to level of care? Does yours contain the required information related to refunds, preadmission fees, etc.?
